New Day Dawning

JPI’s multifamily housing business was acquired by Sumitomo Forestry America on November 30, 2023. The new venture will retain the JPI corporate name and logo and will continue to brand their future properties under the “Jefferson” name. The platform ownership transition did not include the transfer or sale of the TDI EB-5 company or the multifamily assets that are currently under construction or in lease up operations.

Ron graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration

Ron is one of the original JPI founders

She graduated form the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Accounting

She has been supporting the Executive leadership team in multiple capacities coordinating many priorities and projects
